• Lead the full lifecycle of web service application development: design, code, test, deploy, and maintain.

• Confirm that software solutions align with architectural standards and business goals.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers.
• Continuously enhance technical expertise through training and research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field (undergraduates may apply).
• 5+ years of professional experience in Java EE or Jakarta EE development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Advanced proficiency in reading and creating UML diagrams.
• Skilled in modern IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ).
• Extensive experience with Git and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and handling complex technical challenges.

Nice to have:

· Experience in using Swagger, PCF, and Rabbit MQ.

· Knowledgeable in Webservices, such as REST and SOAP.

· Experience in creating unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.

· Experience in working with mark-up languages such as JSON and YAML.

· Experience in using Quality and Security scan tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, and WebInspect.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines

· Knowledgeable in Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
