Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Leasing Manager at Bravo! Pizza Chicken Pasta located in Makati. The Senior Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing and administering leases, conducting market research, ensuring effective property management, and focusing on resident retention. The manager will also play a vital role in negotiating lease agreements and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and administering leases
• Experience in conducting market research
• Strong skills in lease administration and property management
• Experience in resident retention strategies
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
