Description

  • Serve as a co-pilot to the Accounts Management Team, providing strategic and operational support.
  • Lead all system integration efforts, including but not limited to on-site monitoring, managing, and directing on-ground personnel to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct briefings and training sessions for project employees before deployment, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with project objectives.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive reports at every stage of assigned projects—initial, current, and post-event evaluations.
  • Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination by supplying complete project details and required documentation, including Job Orders (JOs), Activation Kits, Briefing/Set-Up Kit, Production Checklists
  • Audit project materials, budget liquidations, and all essential resources used throughout project execution.
  • Conduct negotiations as needed to secure project requirements and optimize costs.
  • Uphold business ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all dealings.
  • Implement disciplinary measures within the department, ensuring accountability and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct research and development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
  • Promote and reinforce the company’s core values and code of ethics, ensuring that all employees adhere to them.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior, supporting the team’s overall success

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art & Design, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Advertising, Media Planning, or a related industry.
  • Candidates with extensive experience in advertising, media planning, and strategic project execution will have an advantage.
  • Key Skills: Sales & Business Development, Marketing & Advertising Strategies, Account & Client Management.
  • Project Management & Coordination, Project Presentation & Cost Estimation, Strong Organizational & Attention to Detail Skills, Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service Excellence.
  • A results-driven and detail-oriented professional with strong strategic thinking, coordination, and client relationship management skills will thrive in this role.
