Job Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.

- Create training materials, manuals, and resources.

- Implement and oversee ongoing training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

Quality Assurance:

- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Conduct quality assessments and audits.

- Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to employees and management.

- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain records of training sessions and quality assessments.

- Generate reports on employee performance and quality metrics.

- Share findings and reports with relevant stakeholders

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to align training and quality efforts with organizational goals.

- Work with other departments to ensure consistent standards and practices.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, trainers, and quality teams.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to details and high level of accuracy;
  • Ability to conduct quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  • Ability to communicate complex information and instructions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task, focus and complete deliverables in agreed time
  • Previous Learning and Development and Quality Analyst position is preferred but not required
