About the role

As a Service Engineer for CT scan at Fujifilm Philippines Inc.', you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical support and maintenance services for our state-of-the-art computed tomography (CT) scan equipment. Based in Cebu City, this full-time position will see you working closely with our healthcare clients to ensure their CT scanning systems are operating at peak performance and delivering reliable, high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Responsible for the installation commissioning and maintenance and servicing of all company medical imaging business products. The individual must be customer focused at all times, must be prepared to work within and as part of a team, be able to interact with colleagues, management at all levels, clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner and in doing so present a positive image of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for doing after-sales service for various FUJIFILM Medical Modality & IT solutions products such as Computerized Radiography, Digital radiography, PACS, X-ray System, DC etc.
• Conducts customer visits and do promotional offer to clinics and/or hospital in-coordination with Sales team for direct clients and/or dealer in doing product presentation and demonstration
• Do proper machine installations & commissioning, quality monitoring, preventive maintenance, technical maintenance and supports on mentioned machines on sites.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in a relevant field such as Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer or Field Service Technician, with a strong background in CT scan or similar medical imaging equipment
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic software, tools, and equipment for the maintenance and repair of CT scan systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
