• · Act as the primary liaison for channels or KOLs, responsible for managing events, feedback, and related matters;
• · Collaborate with growth operations and channels/KOLs to design and execute suitable activities aimed at acquiring more users and enhancing conversion and transaction volume;
• · Responsible for expanding cooperative resources and completing business development, brand partnerships, resource exchanges, and related matters;
• · Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and regularly discuss strategies with management and stakeholders;
• · Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure orderly communication between both parties based on business progress;

1. Age: Full-time college diploma or higher, proficiency in English as a working language is preferred;

2. More than 1 year of relevant experience in exchange business development, with a good personal image; no beginners accepted;

3. Strong observational and adaptive skills, excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities, and strong social engagement skills; familiar with business etiquette;

4. Possess excellent market development and public management capabilities, able to monitor and handle emergencies, and conduct crisis public relations management;

5. Solid Chinese language skills, good organizational and communication abilities, strong professional ethics, team spirit, and innovative mindset;
