Description
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate daily activities and maintain safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required.
- With NCII is a plus but not required
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage crew schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, and may require evening or weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and able to motivate team members.
