- Develop social media content, engage with the audience, analyze metrics, and collaborate with team members.
- Assist in developing social media strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Create and curate engaging content for various platforms.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, proficient in Salesforce, excellent people skills, and expertise in sales pitching and closure.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with flexible hours, occasional remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, proactive, creative thinker, and results-oriented.
