Description

  • Manage and archive documents in an orderly and systematic manner.
  • Compose and distribute letters, reports, and memos.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and business trips.
  • Answer and direct phone calls as well as handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial and administrative reports.
  • Perform data entry into computer systems and maintain information accuracy.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the team or department.
  • Manage office supply needs and ensure inventory is always available.
  • Coordinate with other divisions to ensure operational smoothness.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administration (fresh graduates will be considered).
  • Able to operate a computer (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
