- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media in a polite and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Providing explanations, services, and company policies to customers.
- Building strong relationships with customers and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Assisting the sales team in processing order approvals through the merchant system via the workflow system.
- Providing feedback and suggestions to management for improving customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education of high school or equivalent.
- Male/Female (Female preferred), aged 18 to 55 years.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service orientation focused on customer satisfaction.
- Able to solve problems.
- Must have a personal mobile phone/laptop for work purposes.
- Responsible and able to work under pressure.
