  • Finding best Talent for Supply Chain and negotiations for handling Daily laborer


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, talent management, and training and development.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the recruitment process, support employee relations, and contribute to talent management initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical full-time hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, adaptable, and a team player.
