We are looking for Sr. Client Service Desk with a strong background in Wealth and Asset Management (WAM). This role involves handling sensitive financial information, supporting client needs, and delivering top-tier service aligned with financial goals and processes.

Requirements

College undergraduates and Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply

Minimum 2 years of BPO experience in a financial account, specifically related to Wealth and Asset Management

Willing to work in Taguig and/or Ortigas

Handled at least one of the following lines of business (LOB):

- Mutual Funds

- Asset & Wealth Management

- Life Insurance

- Banking

- Mortgage or Loans (Account Processing)

- Stocks

- Financial Advisory or Client Portfolio Management

- Work Onsite Setup

- Night shift schedule
