Provide First Aid: Administer immediate first aid treatment to employees for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur on the job.
Emergency Care: Respond to medical emergencies within the workplace, stabilize employees until medical personnel arrive if needed, and coordinate emergency services.
Accident Management: Assess workplace accidents, provide initial care, document incidents, and ensure employees receive appropriate follow-up care as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, medications, and any work-related health incidents.
Health Education: Educate employees on topics like stress management, proper hygiene, nutrition, exercise, and smoking cessation to promote overall wellness.
Counseling and Support: Offer support to employees dealing with physical or mental health issues, providing guidance or referring them to appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is typically required. Specialized training in occupational health or Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification may be preferred.
Licensure: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience: Experience working as a nurse, particularly in an occupational health, clinical, or emergency care setting, is a plus
