The Store Supervisor is the Store Manager’s right hand — the pulse of daily operations. They run the floor with confidence, bring energy to the team, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile and every plate goes out with purpose. Whether it’s FOH or BOH, the Store Supervisor ensures our standards are executed to perfection.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead and supervise team members during your shift — you set the tone.
• Keep a sharp eye on product quality, service standards, and store cleanliness.
• Train new staff, coach current crew — you build the team.
• Assist in scheduling and ensure full shift coverage with no drop in service.
• Manage cash handling, POS reconciliation, and shift reporting.
• Own the floor vibe: Handle customer concerns and recover with grace and charm.
• Escalate operational issues and feedback to the Store Manager when needed.
• Enforce store rules, complete daily checklists, and keep everything running tight.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a café, QSR, or hospitality setting.

• Cool under pressure, but always brings the heat in energy and execution.

• A coach, not a boss — knows how to inspire, not just instruct.

• Fluent in customer service and operational systems (POS, shift reports, etc.).

• Passionate about sustainability, healthy living, and plant-based culture.

• Flexible, fast, and future-focused — you’re not just here to supervise, you’re here to grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
