Description
- Manage sales activities within an assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop relationships with clients in the food, hospitality, and janitorial supply industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support.
- Identify and convert potential leads into long-term customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and target new sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Attend industry events and trade shows as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, sales management expertise, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential travel to meet clients; must manage a flexible schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
