Description

  • Liaise with customers to gather information and data required for system setup, implementation, and post-sales support.
  • Identify and resolve issues within the collected information and data; communicate with clients to clarify and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring it reflects the latest system updates and releases.
  • Compile, document, and update ongoing issues, contributing actively to the internal knowledge base.
  • Lead client discussions to ensure smooth communication and project understanding.
  • Monitor project timelines and coordinate with programmers to address any technical issues efficiently.


Requirements

  • Eligibility: Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree holders of Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise information system or IT related disciplines
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the IT Accounting Software industry or property management sector.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Capable of working independently with a high level of commitment, integrity, and a proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
