Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate with teams to track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Identify potential delays and proactively find solutions to keep projects on track.
Communicate timeline updates to stakeholders and team members.
Maintain detailed records of schedules, milestones, and project deadlines.
Work closely with project managers, clients, and team members to align schedules.
Utilize project management tools to organize and monitor timelines effectively.
Ensure all deliverables are completed within the designated time frame.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Expertise in Excel is an advantage.
Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
