Description

  • Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports (Bank Recon, Monthly Loan Payment & Interest, Daily Cash Position)
  • Receives collections and prepares documents for bank deposits
  • Monitoring and checking weekly and monthly aging report for payables and make recommendation to the Treasury Manager for scheduled payment
  • Checking of check and check vouchers prepared by Treasury Associates
  • Responsible in the correctness of data in the accounting software used in recording of transactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Bank or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in related field
  • Can manage and oversee the daily operations of the department
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements
