Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engagement strategies for the Turkish Web3 community.
• Manage Telegram to ensure community activity and maintain a positive discussion atmosphere.
• Possess strong crisis management skills to handle conflicts and negative feedback.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Turkish KOLs, influencers, and media outlets.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in managing Turkish Web3 communities.
2. Fluent in Turkish; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
3. In-depth understanding of Turkish user behavior and market competition.
4. Practical experience in managing Telegram communities within the Web3 sector.
