Job Description:

1. Responsible for the design and optimization of products, including but not limited to PC, mobile, web, and H5 pages;

2. Optimize interface layout and interaction logic based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance user experience (UX);

3. Conduct research and analysis of user needs and usage habits based on product business to determine interaction and UI design details, continuously improving product user experience;

4. Lead the development of visual and interaction design specifications, regularly maintain and update them, and promote effective implementation of the standards;

5. Stay informed about market trends to provide professional visual recommendations for product design, enhancing product-market fit and increasing product value;

6. Design promotional activities related to various company products and handle other tasks assigned by the company;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in design-related fields and a minimum of 3 years of design experience;

2. Over 1 year of UI/UX design experience, with a preference for experience in the finance, sports, esports, or gaming industries.

3. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

4. Familiar with design specifications for web and mobile platforms (iOS / Android), with strong responsive design skills.

5. Possess a certain level of motion design capability, able to use AE, Lottie, and Framer to enhance the interactive experience.

6. Excellent visual aesthetic, with a deep understanding of typography, color schemes, and interface layout.

7. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and be able to propose innovative design solutions that align with business needs.

8. Strong communication skills to collaborate efficiently with product and technical teams to drive design implementation.

9. Open to feedback and capable of quick iterations to ensure the final product experience is optimized.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) to seamlessly connect with the development team.

2. Experience in 3D design, illustration, or brand design that can provide additional visual enhancement to products.

3. Experience in designing international products, with an understanding of visual preferences among users from different countries.
