# Job Responsibilities

1. User Experience Design

  - Responsible for the experience design of products across various platforms, with a clear definition of design goals based on an understanding of product and business logic.

2. End-to-End Design

  - Capable of independently completing all tasks in the design process, including initial user research, data analysis, information architecture, interactive flow design, and high-fidelity design output.

3. Complex Product Design

  - Possesses substantial design experience, able to effectively handle the design work for complex products or projects, with a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of product data metrics.

4. Innovation and Adaptability

  - Demonstrates strong self-motivation and learning abilities, capable of quickly adapting to a constantly changing environment and providing innovative solutions.

5. Collaboration and Communication

  - Exhibits excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at project communication and facilitation.

1. Work Experience

  - Requires over 5 years of experience in UI design for internet products, with design experience in the blockchain and financial sectors.

2. Complete Design Experience

  - Has participated in the visual design of multiple complete internet products and is capable of handling cross-platform and multi-device design.

3. Proficiency in Design Tools

  - Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Sketch, Principle, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with familiarity in using After Effects and Blender considered a plus.

4. Aesthetic and Design Capability

  - Excellent aesthetic sense and design expression, good understanding of business, and ability to integrate online and offline design.

5. Problem Solving and Communication

  - Possesses a global perspective, independent thinking, proactive attitude, effective communication skills, and good team collaboration ability.

6. Location Requirements

  - Must be based in Osaka (Japanese language is not required).
