  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate information.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and creating reports.
  • Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) updates.
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and respond to messages on communication platforms.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Familiarity with call center operations and best practices is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
