Description
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with preparing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, experience in quick service restaurants, excellent waitering abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team.
