Responsible for the actual receiving, checking, and releasing of inventoried items as well as the monitoring of warehouse tools and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the proper implementation of goods receipt and returns, storage, identification and releasing processes, including necessary quality control of items.
• Responsible for proper records keeping of warehouse documents, such as delivery and warehouse receipts, return slips, etc. submitted to the immediate head
• Responsible for recording the inventory system serial or batch numbers of goods released to keep track on the item locations and movements..
• Implements proper positioning and stacking of goods by following protocol in designing stock layout to prevent damage and provide warehouse services efficiently.
• Responsible for safekeeping and maintenance of tools, repair kits and equipments to ensure the availability.
• Responsible for basic item conversions (assembly/disassembly) not requiring special electrical considerations.
• Keeps workplace, assets and inventories safe and clean.

• Must have a Vocational/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College degree in a related field.
• Must be keen into details with high degree of accuracy
• Must be able to maintain organized records
