Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and dispatch.
- Oversee accurate recording of incoming and outgoing materials using Quickbooks systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure all materials are properly stored according to existing standards of the company.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments involved to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure compliance to ISO standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on inventory status and materials movement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related course.
- At least 5 year's of experience in warehouse supervision.
- Preferably with strong knowledge of mechanical and civil materials and their handling/storage requirements.
