We're Hiring: Web Designer & Developer (Project-Based, Remote – PH Applicants Only)

We’re on the hunt for a pro-level Web Designer & Developer who can take full ownership of a high-impact website migration and rebuild for one of our clients, a movement-driven organisation with a bold and masculine brand.

This role is NOT for beginners or passive freelancers. We need someone who can lead, decide, and execute without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

The Mission:

• Migrate a Squarespace website to a new .com domain
• Redesign and rebuild the entire site from scratch using your recommended CMS (Webflow, Shopify, Kajabi, or WordPress)
• Integrate eCommerce, ticketing, courses, and a membership portal

• Apply mobile-first, SEO-optimised design principles

• Deliver a clean, masculine, minimal UI aligned with the client

Non-Negotiables:

• No other clients or freelance work — we need your full focus for this project.

• Must be available during Australian Business Hours (AEST)

• Must provide a portfolio with at least 2 years’ worth of relevant web design/dev work

You’re A Fit If You:

• Can manage domain transfers, G Suite setup, and DNS configuration

• Have experience with Kajabi or course/membership platforms

• Know how to build fast, functional, responsive, SEO-ready websites

• Think like a brand strategist, not just a designer

Are a clear communicator with excellent self-management skills?

Tools & Systems:

You’ll be working with tools like Hubstaff (for time tracking) and Kajabi/Eventbrite/Webflow depending on your implementation plan
