  • Responsibilities and Duties: Perform welding tasks, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain equipment.
  • Perform welding duties on various materials, including steel and aluminum.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained.
  • Inspect completed welds for strength and accuracy.
  • Maintain welding equipment and workspace for safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and timelines.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating welding equipment and safety equipment.
  • Working Conditions: May involve exposure to noisy environments and physical demands.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
