1. Lead the architectural design and technical optimization of the core exchange and payment system to ensure system stability under high concurrency and high security scenarios;

2. Design and implement complex fund flow models, including core modules for exchange rate calculation, financial settlement, and fund reconciliation;

3. Optimize key technical challenges such as distributed transactions, idempotent processing, and payment link monitoring;

4. Build efficient distributed caching and queue mechanisms to enhance the real-time performance and throughput of payment transactions;

5. Conduct in-depth research on the application scenarios of new technologies such as blockchain and virtual currencies in payments;

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, with more than 5 years of Java development experience; experience in payment or currency exchange system development is preferred;

2. Proficient in core Java technologies, familiar with JVM tuning, concurrent programming, and multithreading techniques, capable of handling high concurrency and high-performance scenarios;

3. Skilled in mainstream frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis, with the ability to design and implement microservices architecture;

4. Deep understanding of distributed system principles, with practical experience in distributed transaction processing, idempotency design, and payment link monitoring;

5. Expert in database design and performance optimization, familiar with relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and proficient in distributed caching and messaging queue technologies such as Redis and MQ;

6. Possess technical experience related to fund flow, including core module development for exchange rate calculation, financial clearing, and reconciliation;

7. Have a certain level of research on technologies such as blockchain and virtual currencies, capable of exploring innovative applications in payment scenarios;

8. Clear logical thinking, excellent technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead complex technical challenges;

9. Experience in large companies for more than 3 years is preferred.
