Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the product design and development of middleware products (RPC framework, messaging, data direction), performance tuning, etc., aiming for 100% service availability and sub-second fault recovery capabilities, continuously improving the efficiency of business development and system maintenance, and addressing encountered issues with an engineering mindset.

2. Middleware for data access proxy across multiple storage clusters (DB, cache, OSS, etc.), with capabilities such as distributed routing, elastic scaling, and disaster recovery.

3. Design and implement data and service disaster recovery mechanisms and solutions that meet financial system requirements, such as strict data security, business correctness, and business continuity; collaborating with business teams on data architecture design from perspectives of high availability, high performance, and loss prevention, and ensuring database support for the company's major business activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of Java development experience, familiar with JVM fundamentals, experience in concurrent programming, understanding of file I/O, network I/O, and class loading mechanisms, with certain tuning experience and troubleshooting experience related to memory and threads;

2. Proficient in ACID, normalization design, index design, and other fundamental theories of relational databases, familiar with basic theoretical knowledge of distributed databases such as 2PC, BASE, and CAP; proficient in one mainstream database architecture and operational mechanism such as MySQL or Oracle, with an understanding of mainstream distributed databases, in-depth comprehension of the advantages and disadvantages of each database and their applicable scenarios, capable of database selection and model design based on specific scenarios;

3. Experience in the development of large-scale distributed systems or similar libraries, familiarity with mainstream open-source middleware, in-depth understanding of implementation mechanisms, good project communication and coordination skills, and preference for those with a strong awareness of stability risks and solution capabilities;

4. Preference for those with experience in product development related to K8s, RPC, messaging, data, storage, Serverless, etc., and those with performance optimization experience;
