Complete the department's user acquisition tasks and assist the operations department in converting new users. 2. Channel Development: Excellent capability in developing and integrating new channels, able to deliver high-quality market placement solutions and strong resource integration abilities. Capable of exploring various types of market sales promotion channels, including but not limited to news media, vertical media, investment communities, investment industry influencers, app downloads, SEO, quantitative teams, strategy optimizers, and investment lecturers, such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google SEO, Google Play, Cointelegraph, CNN, Feixiaohao, Golden Finance, Coin World, CoinMarketCap, and BiYong;

3. Achieving Performance KPIs: Develop user acquisition goals, channel expansion plans, new user conversion metrics, and other KPI indicators. Lead the team in producing executable market promotion plans and market activity plans for different periods, and collaborate with the team to execute reasonable market promotion plans;

4. Department Management: Lead the team in formulating and executing reasonable market plans that align with operational and product cycles. Propose optimization processes and efficiency improvement strategies in market sales operations, collaborate with different departments to complete all market plans, and accomplish tasks beyond the capabilities of basic staff, driving all market activities to execute actively according to market rhythms. Manage and arrange team personnel and divisions, maximizing each employee's strengths for orderly team growth;

5. Market Research: Provide reasonable market trend assessments, possess strong market research capabilities, and monitor market dynamics.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; basic knowledge of stock investment and investment experience; professional market management skills, experience in cryptocurrency trading is preferred;

2. Work experience: Over 5 years in the cryptocurrency or financial investment industry, or over 4 years of experience in stock trading, funds, or other investment experience, from any country;

3. Resource type and quantity: No less than 10 media resources or community channels in the blockchain industry, or 20 industry influencers, or 30 other core resources;

4. Communication skills: Clear speech, good English and Chinese language expression abilities, and a strong desire to perform in work; basic understanding of client psychology; focused on problem-solving rather than personal feelings as the starting point for work;
