3. Responsible for planning and implementing community referral activities, assisting in achieving targeted conversion requirements;

4. Possess a keen sense for Web3, identify trending events and utilize event marketing, executing quickly and effectively;

1. Fluent in English, with a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, passionate about digital currency, and strong operational implementation skills;

2. Good professional ethics and team collaboration spirit, proactively completing tasks;

3. Experience in Web3 community operations is preferred, with a continuous focus on industry developments and trends in community operations;
