Description
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and modify various types of contracts for the company, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company interests.
- Legal Compliance: Oversee the compliance of the company’s business activities, ensuring adherence to Dubai and international legal requirements.
- Risk Control: Identify potential legal risks, propose effective legal solutions, and reduce the likelihood of legal disputes.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Manage the company's legal disputes, collaborating with external lawyers to advance litigation or arbitration cases.
- Legal Assistance: Provide legal knowledge and offer suggestions and opinions.
- Corporate Governance: Assist the company in formulating legal policies and compliance processes to enhance legal risk management levels.
- Other Legal Matters: Support legal matters related to company investments, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, labor disputes, and other relevant issues.
Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law or higher, with a preference for candidates holding a legal qualification (such as a solicitor qualification from the UK or a local Dubai practice certificate).
- Experience Requirements: No specific experience required / Open to international students.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE and international commercial law, contract law, labor law, intellectual property law, etc.
- Language Proficiency: Chinese as the primary language of communication, fluent in Arabic or English (both written and spoken).
- Communication Skills: Possess good negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and a spirit of teamwork.
- Professional Conduct: Diligent and meticulous work ethic, with a strong sense of ethics and responsibility.
- Other Requirements: Ability to adapt to Dubai's international work environment, with familiarity with local business culture and regulatory systems preferred.
- Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary Range: AED 10,000 - 20,000, depending on experience and company size.
- Additional Benefits: Work visa, paid annual leave, housing allowance, communication allowance, meal allowance, holiday bonuses, health insurance, etc.
