1. Technical Strategy Development: Responsible for formulating and promoting the technology development strategy and technical roadmap of the exchange, closely coordinating with business development.

 2. System Architecture Design: Lead the architectural design and continuous optimization of core modules such as trading systems, matching engines, and API interfaces.

 3. Team Management: Build and manage an efficient technical team including backend, frontend, DevOps, and security, promoting Agile development and improving engineering quality.

 4. Platform Security Construction: Responsible for the security design of the exchange's systems, including user asset security, DDoS defense, cold and hot wallet mechanisms, and multi-signature.

 5. Performance Optimization and Stability: Optimize platform performance in high concurrency and high throughput scenarios, ensuring stable system operation.

 6. Technical Compliance and Audit Support: Collaborate with compliance, risk control, and third-party audits to improve platform logging, access control, and data backup strategies.

 7. Technology Selection and Tool Construction: Lead the selection of new technologies and the construction of foundational toolchains (CI/CD, monitoring and alerting, automated operations and maintenance, etc.).

【Job Requirements】

 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of technical management experience and at least 3 years of development experience in blockchain or financial systems;

 2. Proficient in at least one backend programming language: Go or Java, familiar with microservices architecture, message queues, and database optimization;

 3. Experience in the design and implementation of large-scale high-concurrency trading platforms, familiar with matching engines, order management systems, and market data systems;

 4. Familiar with blockchain technologies (such as BTC, ETH, Solana, etc.) and related protocols, understanding wallet mechanisms, multi-signature, and address management;

 5. Strong security awareness and solid knowledge of system security;

 6. Excellent team leadership skills, cross-departmental collaboration abilities, and project management capabilities;

 7. Experience in building overseas compliant exchanges (such as holding MSB, VASP licenses) is preferred;
