Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily service and maintenance of key accounts, establishing and maintaining good customer relationships.

Understand customer needs, provide professional consulting and solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely resolution and feedback of customer issues.

Regularly communicate with customers, gather feedback, analyze customer needs, and drive product optimization.

Assist the sales team in customer development, participate in business negotiations and contract signing for key accounts.

Responsible for the collection and analysis of service data for key accounts, developing service improvement plans.

Monitor industry trends, understand market dynamics, and provide support for company decision-making.



Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, or related fields.

Over 3 years of experience in customer service or customer management, with a preference for candidates with a background in digital assets or the financial industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively maintaining client relationships.

Strong analytical skills, able to identify problems from data and propose solutions.

Team player with the ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with digital currencies and blockchain knowledge is preferred.

Good spoken and written English skills, capable of daily communication.
