We are seeking an experienced Business Development (BD) Manager/Director to be responsible for our CEX and DEX products in the global market, with a particular focus on the expansion and growth of overseas contract business. This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will work closely with the product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute global growth strategies for CEX and DEX businesses, with a special focus on business and partnership development in the overseas contract market.

2. Establish long-term, friendly multinational partnerships through customer communication and relationship maintenance.

3. Formulate business development plans and strategies, responsible for the complete process of partnership negotiation, contract signing, execution, and impact analysis.

4. Establish and manage overseas contract channels and dedicated teams.

5. Conduct regular research on the operational dynamics of international competitors in contract operations, uncover customer needs, and collaborate with the product marketing team to optimize contract-related features.

6. Continuously monitor and analyze global user growth data, including user scale, retention rates, and conversion rates.

7. Develop feasible global marketing strategies and plan weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing operations.

1. Offer remote work or office at one of the major international financial centers, proficient in English and at least one other major foreign language.

2. Over 5 years of international business development experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or DeFi projects; more than 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry, with preference given to those with international experience in CEX or contract management.

3. Must have work experience in well-known international exchanges such as Binance, OKX, Huobi, Coinbase, etc.

4. In-depth understanding of the global CEX and DEX ecosystem, familiar with major international (local) cryptocurrency markets, capable of conducting effective cross-border market analysis and industry research to support global collaboration decisions.

5. Strong innovative ability, adept at planning various international business development activities, and knowledgeable about the global market pathways for contract trading.

6. Preference for candidates with established business channels in English/Korean/Japanese or other Southeast Asian or Western countries.
