T1 Project Services is an industry-leading Project Management, Construction Management, Design & Build Firm based in the Philippines. The company offers a comprehensive range of services from inception through feasibility, design, construction, and final handover. T1 distinguishes itself through its high level of focus, dedication to projects, and building partnerships with clients for future initiatives.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at T1 Project Services in Taguig. The role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets. Some work from home is acceptable.


Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience in the construction or project management industry
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Filipino
  • Willing to attend events in and outside of Manila
