Description
● Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
● Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content to boost brand awareness and audience interaction.
● Manage online campaigns, viral marketing, and partnerships to enhance brand exposure and community engagement.
● Stay updated with industry trends and adjust content strategies to maintain effective communication with the target audience.
● Monitor key performance metrics using analytical tools, generate insights, and optimize social media strategies.
● Collaborate closely with marketing, community, and product teams to drive brand and product awareness.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Digital Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in social media marketing or digital campaigns, particularly in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
● Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to leverage trending topics effectively.
● Proficiency with major social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
● On-site work is required after becoming a permanent employee.
