Descripción
- Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and prepare updates for stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Foster a collaborative team environment for optimal performance.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
- With 2-3 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in facility operations and maintenance
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certified is an advantage
- Proficient in computer applications related to maintenance and facilities management (e.g., MS Office, CMMS, AutoCAD)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills; capable of managing maintenance teams and coordinating technical activities
- Self-driven and proactive; able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with staff across all levels, including international teams
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate and interact with all levels of staff internally and globally
