Descripción

  • Assist in tracking and managing the company’s vehicle fleet using fleet management software.
  • Support scheduling of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Help monitor fuel usage, mileage logs, and service records.
  • Coordinate vehicle dispatching, routing, and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and servicing.
  • Assist with vendor communication for vehicle maintenance and leasing.
  • Prepare regular reports related to fleet operations and performance.


Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field. ( No restriction on major, logistics-related majors are preferred)
  • Able to transfer throughout the Philippines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced operational environment.
