Descripción

Job Description: Jr. Brand Steward / Marketing Assistant

  • Processes requests and prepares marketing and sales materials.
  • Processes orders and ensures timely delivery of merchandise and promotional products.
  • Responsible for the distribution and monitoring of merchandising materials.
  • Handles customer complaints, queries, requests, suggestions, and recommendations, and carries out immediate corrective actions as instructed by the immediate superior.
  • Checks and receives marketing and sales materials, ensuring the specifications and quality match the order.
  • Assists in preparing reports, presentations, and design materials as directed by the immediate superior.
  • Monitors and ensures that all customer product demands and services are delivered on time.
  • Assists in monitoring delivery schedules of merchandise and products to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Aids in tracking bad orders and recommends process improvements.
  • Coordinates with other departments to facilitate fast and accurate transactions.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.


Requisito

  • A graduate of marketing, advertising, business administration, business management, or any related courses;
  • Preferably with at six (6) months’ experience as a marketing and sales assistant in a food manufacturing or equivalent professional practice;
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
  • Good decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
  • Excellent in written and communication skills;
  • Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
  • Self-motivated and hardworking;
  • Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
  • Basic in implementing of rules, regulations, and policies, negotiation skills,
  • people handling, strategic planning and execution;
  • Creative.
  • Willing to be assigned in Del Monte Quezon city.
