  • Run general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages, small ATM parts or documents
  • Bring/ Deliver items/ Pick up Items to the right recipient
  • Clarifying your scheduled and anticipated deliveries/errands before each shift begins.
  • Fetching, checking, and signing for parcels at their respective collection points.
  • Helping in the purchase of office supplies and groceries
  • Maintains of the office which includes:
  • Keeping facilities and common areas clean
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment
  • Collecting and disposing of trash
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requisito

  • At least high school graduate
  • Proven work experience as a utility/messenger or similar role is a plus
  • Has a valid professional driver’s license (2 wheels and 4 wheels) (required)
  • With good moral character, well-groomed, hardworking, self-motivated, flexible, with initiative, fast, and accurately
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frames
  • Can start asap
