Keterangan

  • Oversee property maintenance and engineering operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage and coordinate repairs and upgrades of facilities.
  • Prepare reports on property conditions and required improvements.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors for project execution.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost management for property projects.

Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and must be licensed engineer
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in property management or building operations. With knowledge in electrical and mechanical works
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in building systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, engineering principles, and ability to read blueprints.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure building operations run efficiently, perform maintenance tasks, and oversee project implementations.
  • Working Conditions: Typically works in office settings and at construction sites, requiring attention to safety.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
