 Role Summary 


The Sales Supervisor at GoGo Xpress is responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Executives to drive the acquisition, reactivation, and retention of merchants. This role ensures the team's alignment with sales targets, supports the execution of strategies, and fosters strong collaboration across teams to deliver merchant success and business growth. 



What You'll Do


1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise daily sales activities and lead weekly check-ins and performance reviews 
  • Coach team members on objection handling, negotiation, and consultative selling 
  • Lead by example through direct merchant engagement when needed 

2. Sales Strategy & Execution 

  • Roll out acquisition and reactivation of playbooks 
  • Ensure consistent implementation of sales processes and Hubspot CRM best practices 
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements in sales funnel stages 

3. Merchant Engagement & Growth 

  • Design reactivation programs for dormant accounts 
  • Monitor merchant feedback and coordinate resolution with Customer Service or Operations 
  • Recommend merchant education programs or campaigns to increase adoption 

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting 

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and report to management 
  • Use data to analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend action plans 
  • Prepare performance dashboards and insights for team alignment

What You'll Need


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong background in performance management — including tracking KPIs, coaching, and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce, particularly with online sellers and digital platforms
  • Experience working with sales CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines


 Scope of Role 


  • Leads a team of 3–4 Sales Executives (Inside Sales) 
  • Reports to the Head of Business Development 
  • Handles performance tracking, coaching, and reporting 
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations for merchant lifecycle initiatives 
  • Supports key merchant segments: emerging online sellers, inactive users, and high-volume potential accounts
