We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Area Supervisor to oversee multiple store operations within the Manila area, with the potential to be relocated or permanently assigned to Northern Luzon. This is an excellent developmental opportunity for someone with a strong fashion retail background who is ready to take the next step toward becoming an Assistant Manager or Manager.


  • Supervise daily operations across assigned retail stores to ensure sales targets and customer service standards are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor Store Supervisors and front-line staff to achieve store KPIs.
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and in-store promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and reduce shrinkage or losses.
  • Analyze store performance data and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with retail operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with HR on staffing needs, performance management, and training initiatives.
  • Serve as the point person for escalations and inter-department coordination.

要件

  • Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fashion or clothing retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting, inventory management, and retail operations.
