要件
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
