説明
- Monitor, receive, and manage incoming digital leads from various online platforms.
- Qualify leads through digital engagements (calls, emails, chats) based on predefined criteria.
- Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and CRM input each lead.
- Assign and coordinate qualified leads to appropriate sales agent based on availability, location, or project expertise.
- Track and follow up on leads status and progress through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to evaluate lead sources and campaigns.
- Generate weekly and monthly lead performance reports and analytics
- Provide recommendations to improve lead conversion strategies
- Assist in the development and optimization of the lead nurturing process and workflows
要件
- Graduate of vocational or Bachelor's degree
- With experience in CRM
- With experience in customer service
- Willing to report once a week on-site in Makati or Cavite
