要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, people management, HR planning, leadership, and business acumen.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment events.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solver, and strategic thinker.
