説明

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties at Dermcare Inc., a renowned leader in the holistic wellness industry.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.

要件

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Level:

  • Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in recruiting processes and candidate evaluation
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with compensation structures and benefits administration
  • High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the hiring process
  • Address employee queries regarding HR matters such as leaves, compensation, and benefits
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Aid in organizing and conducting employee engagement programs and events
  • Maintain employee records and documentation according to policy and legal requirements


Working Conditions:

  • Office setting, typically 40 hours a week with possible overtime during peak hiring seasons or special projects
  • May require occasional travel for recruitment events or training
