• Handles recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Support HR policies, compliance, and payroll.

• Manage performance reviews and training programs.

• Help create a positive work environment and boost employee engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• At least 2 years experience in HR (generalist role preferred).

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Willing to be assigned in Laguna but the training is in Taytay, Rizal
