Understands communication strategies and contributes innovative ideas for tactical marketign campaigns
Prepares and presents marketing and promotional proposals to the Business Development and Marketing Team
Coordinates regularly with Area Sales Managers to ensure the aligned efforts
Champions Brand Development and Marketing goals across all Dermclinic branches
Spearheads, submits, and consolidates marketing and sales reports
Collaborates with mall marketing representatives to ensure strong mall visibility
Oversees marketing production timelines and provides timely progres reports
Monitors clinic participation in marketing campaigns and activations
Maintains brand consistency in on-ground executions by managing and monitoring marketing collaterals
Ensures brand identity is cohesive across all platforms—digital, print, and in-clinic touchpoints
Represents the Marketing Team in meetings, events, and key discussions
Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team settings
Writes and proofreads compelling, clear, and concise copy for campaign materials, decks, and other content as needed

Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales or Marketing Officer, or in a similar role
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in online, offline, and print is beneficial
Proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Excellent time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and projects within designated deadlines
